Open for business!
Pavilions welcomes prospective residents

After almost two years of government restrictions and lockdowns, Pavilions Blackburn Lake was finally able to welcome guests to the community for informative sessions on retirement living held in the gold class cinema, followed by tours of the stunning shared spaces and display apartments. Guests joined new residents from Stage One who shared their living at Pavilions over lunch at Miss Lucy, the fabulous onsite café.

National Sales Manager, Rob Macpherson, was on hand to greet guests as they arrived.
He told us ‘People were impressed with the standard of apartment design, the amenity onsite in the natural location and the opportunity to ask questions of residents already living the idyllic Pavilions lifestyle’.

A summer picnic held on Thursday January 27, 2022 had a high attendance and lots of enquires.

July construction update

News

It’s all systems go at the Pavilions construction site. Work is continuing, with great progress on stage one. During June, Hutchinson builder has completed installation of external building elements (façade and windows) and stage one is looking spectacular. A few days of bad weather have disrupted progress of the external landscaping works, however the builder has completed all landscaping retention work. In particular, hard landscaping work facing Central Road around building two has been completed, with fencing work being ordered. We are excited to see the grand staircase outside building one beginning to take form.

While the building two construction prototype unit interior has been completed, all apartment interior detailed services rough in works are complete. Joinery carcasses are expected to arrive on site for installation in the coming months. Building one communal facilities materials and fixtures orders are being placed and the builder will have a dedicated team to oversee the delivery of these going forward.

May construction update

News

Exciting news on the construction front is that Hutchinson Builders are continuing with works on the site and all three buildings in stage one are really taking shape. We are on track to have stage one completed this year! Buildings one, two and three and the first shared spaces will be open then. This includes the café and providore, dining rooms, cinema, sports bar, library and business centre. We’re excited to see these spaces come to life!
