Construction is on track at Pavilions
Despite unusually wet weather through winter and spring, work has progressed steadily and we remain on track for scheduled completion of Stage 2 by the end of 2023.

On Tuesday 22 April, the Pavilions project team, along with members of the Seventh-day Adventist Victorian Conference celebrated the turning of the sod for Stage 2 of Pavilions Blackburn Lake.
Builder appointed

Ironside, a highly regarded builder of quality boutique contemporary residences, have been appointed to commence construction on Stage 2 and will be onsite in late February.

After almost two years of government restrictions and lockdowns, Pavilions Blackburn Lake is finally open.
July construction update
Work is continuing, with great progress on stage one. During June, Hutchinson builder has completed installation of external building elements.
