Great news from our building site! Stage 2 construction is progressing rapidly with our builder reporting they are on schedule.
Construction is on track at Pavilions
Despite unusually wet weather through winter and spring, work has progressed steadily and we remain on track for scheduled completion of Stage 2 by the end of 2023.

On Tuesday 22 April, the Pavilions project team, along with members of the Seventh-day Adventist Victorian Conference celebrated the turning of the sod for Stage 2 of Pavilions Blackburn Lake.
Builder appointed
for Stage 2
Ironside, a highly regarded builder of quality boutique contemporary residences, have been appointed to commence construction on Stage 2 and will be onsite in late February.
