July construction update

It’s all systems go at the Pavilions construction site. Work is continuing, with great progress on stage one. During June, Hutchinson builder has completed installation of external building elements (façade and windows) and stage one is looking spectacular. A few days of bad weather have disrupted progress of the external landscaping works, however the builder has completed all landscaping retention work. In particular, hard landscaping work facing Central Road around building two has been completed, with fencing work being ordered. We are excited to see the grand staircase outside building one beginning to take form. While the building two construction prototype unit interior has been completed, all apartment interior detailed services rough in works are complete. Joinery carcasses are expected to arrive on site for installation in the coming months. Building one communal facilities materials and fixtures orders are being placed and the builder will have a dedicated team to oversee the delivery of these going forward.
