Blackburn Lake Sanctuary is your new back garden. And what a garden! You’ll find many peaceful spots to sit and read, sketch or paint. Enjoy our adventure playground when your grandchildren drop in. Or be part of the lively group of volunteers, who regularly help to maintain the Sanctuary. There are many other beautiful parks in the area, including Forest Hill Reserve, Furness Park, Kalang Park and Blacks Walk. Joining an exclusive community such as Pavilions may be one of the most astute decisions you will ever make.
Just two minutes’ drive down the road from Pavilions is Blackburn Station Village, where you’ll discover a quaint collection of cafes and gift stores as well as a post office, newsagents, fashion outlets and beauty salons. For picking up groceries you’re spoilt for choice with three Woolworths and a Coles all within 3km. And for big shopping trips you’re right near Forest Hill Chase, Box Hill Central and Brand Smart premium outlets.
