Construction is progressing rapidly

Great news from our building site! Stage 2 construction is progressing rapidly with our builder reporting they are on schedule. It’s great to see our community taking shape and how far the construction has come.

And this drone flyover shows the construction progress at the end of February 2023.
Here are some of the construction milestones so far at Pavilions Blackburn Lake.
– Last structural member has been installed – a significant project milestone
– Building design reviews and refinements continue
Building 6
– Windows installed, roofing completed
– Lift installation in progress
– Ground floor has been painted and carpentry installed
– Painting to Level 1 has commenced.
Building 5
– Roof and windows completed
– All wall framing completed
Building 4
– Level 2 walls and roof trusses installed
– Structure completed and formwork stripped and being loaded out.
